About the Project
Daily Gist Telecoms is a mobile-first VTU (Virtual Top-Up) platform that lets users buy airtime and data bundles across all major Nigerian networks (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile), pay for cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOTV, StarTimes), and settle electricity bills across DISCOs — all from a single wallet. Beyond utility payments, the app layers in a referral and downline earnings system with cashback on personal transactions, multi-tier commissions, and a leadership/rewards board, turning everyday spending into a passive income stream. Built end-to-end as the mobile app with Flutter/Dart, integrating with a Node.js/Laravel backend.
